Ibuprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID)
Diclofenac , a nonsteroidal benzeneacetic acid derivative with anti-inflammatory activity.

Analgesic cream is used to treat minor aches and pains of the muscles/joints (e.g., arthritis, backache, sprains).
