Antipeptic ulcerants- Histamine H2 antagonist

Key Ingredients:

RANITIDINE- competitive inhibition of histamine at H2-receptor of the gastric parietal cells, which inhibits gastric acid secretion, gastric volume, and hydrogen ion concentration are reduced. Dose not affect pepsin secretion, pentagastrin-stimulated intrinsic factor secretion, or serum gastrin.

Formulation Strength:

Ranitidine Syrup 30mg/ml

Pediatric Oral:

• Short term and maintenance therapy of dudenal ulcer
• Gastric ulcer
• Gerd
• Active benign ulcer
• Erosive esophagitis
• Relief of heart burn
• Acid indigestion
• Sour stomach

Oral: with meals and/or at bed time.
