Key Ingredients:

Tacrolimus - suppresses cellular immunity (inhibits T-lymphocytes activation), by binding to an intracellular protein, FKBP-12 and complexes with calcineurin dependent protein to inhibit calcineurin phosphatase activity.

Formulation Strength:

Tacrolimus Suspension 0.5mg/ml

PEDIATRIC ORAL

• Prevention of organ rejection in kidney transplant
• Prevention of rejection in heart transplant
• Prevention of rejection in liver transplant
• Nephrotic syndrome, steroid-resistant or steroid dependent

Administer with or without food ; be consistent with timing and composition of meals if GI intolerance occurs and administration with food becomes necessary.
Do not administer with grapefruit juice.
Do not administer within 2 hour before or after antacids
