Key Ingredients:

Nifedipine - Inhibits calcium ion from entering the "slow channels" or select voltage-sentive areas of vascular smooth muscles and myocardium during depolarization, producing a relaxation of coronary vascular smooth muscles and coronary vasodilation: increases myocardial oxygen delivery in patients with vasospastic angina; also reduces peripheral vascular resistance producing a reduction in arterial blood pressure.

Nifedipine Suspension 1mg/ml

PEDIATRIC ORAL

• Severe hypertension (urgency)
• Hypertension, chronic therapy
• High altitude pulmonary edema
• Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy

Administration with low fats meals may decrease flushing. Avoid grapefruit juices.
