Key Ingredients:

Isoniazid inhibits the of mycoloic acid synthesis resulting in the disruption of the bacterial cell wall. At therapeutic levels isoniazid is bacteriocidal against activity growing intracellular & extracellular mycobacterium tuberculosis organisms.

Formulation Strength:

ISONIAZID 20mg/ml

Pediatric Oral:

• Treatment of susceptible Tuberculosis Infection.
• Treatment of Latent Tuberculosis Infection (LTBI).

Oral: Administer on an empty stomach (Should be taken 1 hour before or 2 hour after meals with water ) increase dietary intake of folate , niacin, magnesium. Avoid tyramine-containing foods. Avoid histamine-containing foods.
