Antiemetic, 5HT3 Receptor Antagonist

Key Ingredients:

Granisetron-blocking serotonin, both peripherally on vagal nerve terminals & centrally in the chemoreceptor trigger zone.

Formulation Strength:

Granisetron Suspension 0.2mg/ml

Indications

Pediatric Oral

  • Low to moderately emetogenic chemotherapy

Directions

Oral : Given atleast 1 hour prior to chemotherapy /radiation ; may be repeated 12 hours based on dose and indication.
