Ganciclovir - is phosphorylated to a substrate which competitively inhibits the binding of deoxyguanosine triphosphate to DNA polymerase resulting in inhibition of viral DNA synthesis.

Formulation Strength:

Ganciclovir Suspension 0.2mg/ml

Pediatric Oral

• CMV retinitis
• Prevention of CMV disease in patients with advanced HIV infection and normal renal function.

Oral should be administered with food.
