Key Ingredients:

Buspirone Hydrochloride- mechanism of action is unknown . Buspirone has a high affinity for serotonin 5-HT1A and 5-HT2 receptors, without affecting benzodiazepine-GABA receptors. Buspirone has moderate affinity for dopamine D2 receptors.

Formulation Strength:

Buspirone Hydrochloride 2.5 mg/ml

Pediatric Oral:

• Management of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD)
• Pediatric anxiety disorders

Oral : Administration in a consistent manner in relation to food (i.e, either always with food or always without food ); may administer with food to decrease GI upset
