• Remission induction and remission consolidation treatment of acute nonlymphocytic leukemia (ANLL, AML)
• Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)
• Acute myeloid leukemia ( AML)
• Acute myeloid leukemia / myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) with Down syndrome
• CNS tumors, low grade gliomas

Oral : Total daily dose may be administered at once
